The DYNAMIC VELOCITY program was built to develop PITCHABILITIES. "Pitchability" is a term that is often used, but rarely defined. It often refers to a pitcher's velocity, command of the game, or of his pitches. But developing as a pitcher goes far beyond velocity and command. You must develop all your PITCHABILITIES.
